Return & Exchange Policy

Order Cancellation before Shipment: 
If you need to cancel your order before Shipment, you must cancel within 24 hours to receive a full refund. Please get in touch with support@toparchery.com for a full refund. Your refund will be processed to the original method of payment within 1-3 business days. If you still have questionsplease contact our customer service at support@toparchery.com.

Order Cancellation After Shipment: 
If the order was shipped out and the package has been recalled,  you will receive a full refund. The amount will be credited back to your original payment within 3-7 business days.

If the package has failed to recall, you will receive a failed recall email notification. Please get in touch with support@toparchery.com right away. Please refuse the package when it arrives.  We will make a full refund after receive the return.

Return and Exchange Products: 
For any item returns, you can request a return label. All purchases may be returned for any reason within 30 days of date of delivery. Please notify us in advance for any of the following returned reasons, so we can anticipate that return.

  1. Item Damaged During Transit:
    In the unlikely event your item arrives to you in less than perfect condition, please reject the delivery immediately and get in touch with us at support@toparchery.com. Please take some images or videos of the defective product and email us the images or videos.We will send a replacement or full refund after check it.
  2. Defective Item:
    If you have received a faulty or defective item you can apply for returns. Our support teams will response you within 24 hours after reassessing the issue. Please send us pictures in 7 days after you receive the parcel. We will pay to exchange a correct item or get refunding to you in 3 business days when we receive returned package.
  3. Received the Wrong Item:
    If you received a wrong item, you can choose to keep the wrong item with a partial refund or request the correct item. To request the correct item, we will offer you free-of-charge return shipping label.
    Please contact us at support@toparchery.com for returns. We will pay to send you the correct item or issue a full refund in 3 business days.
  4. Item(s) Not Received
    If you don’t receive your package after we ship your order in 40 days, please email us at support@toparchery.com with the order number as well as the tracking number, so that we can check it with our local shipping company.
  5. Refund Not Received
    If you haven’t received a refund yet in 1-3 business days, please check your bank account first.It may take serval days for the refund to show in your account. If you still have not received your refund yet 3-7 business days, please contact us at support@toparchery.com .
