The History of Olympic Archery

Archery has experienced a tortuous development in the modern Olympics,In 1931, the International Archery Federation (referred to as the International Archery Federation) was formally established, and the International Archery Federation formulated the rules of the International Archery Federation rounds.

In 1972, the International Olympic Committee officially included the elegant, ancient and traditional archery sport in the Olympic Games syllabus. Both the men's and women's teams were listed as official Olympic events in 1988.

Athlete’s equipment includes bows, arrows and other equipment. These equipment include protective gear, archer finger guards (hand guards), arm guards, archery glasses, etc. The field equipment includes archery targets, target stands, ring targets, etc.
